Craig Hughes
Craig Hughes is a founding partner of Hughes Estate Group, Attorneys. He has practiced law for 16 years. His practice focuses exclusively on estate planning, probate litigation, and estate administration. He has done extensive high-end and tax-oriented planning for clients with modest estates to over $40 million in assets. Craig’s clients live in states from Maryland to California, with most of his clients residing in Utah.
He has been invited to speak on estate planning matters before groups in Dallas, Honolulu, Nashville, and Salt Lake City. He is the author and co-author of several manuals for attorneys on estate planning.
Craig graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a BA in English. He earned a masters degree in English and a law degree at Duke University.

Cameron Jacobson
Cameron N. Jacobson joined Hughes Estate Group, Attorneys in 2007. Prior to joining Hughes Estate Group, Attorneys, Cameron worked for the law firms Anderson & Jahde, P.C. in Littleton, Colorado and Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler, P.C. in Salt Lake City, Utah. Cameron’s practice focuses on estate planning, tax planning, business planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation.
He works with estates of all sizes and complexity - drafting basic wills, revocable trusts, forming family limited liability companies and partnerships, private operating foundations, drafting irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and dynasty trusts. Cameron’s tax planning and business planning practice includes the formation of and tax planning for limited liability companies, C, S, and professional corporations, and limited and general partnerships. He also drafts asset and stock purchase and buy-sell agreements.

Brad Clark
Brad joined Hughes Estate Group, Attorneys full-time in 2007 as an associate attorney and is licensed to practice law in Utah. He focuses on Estate Planning and Probate Litigation. Brad was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2003 with a BA in Economics and later attended Seattle University School of Law, where he graduated in 2007. In law school, Brad focused his studies on estate planning and taxation. In addition, Brad clerked for Hughes Estate Group Attorneys and gained valuable experience drafting estate plans, interacting with clients, and assisting in probate cases. Prior to law school, Brad worked for Fidelity Investment’s annuity division for five years where he gained extensive experience in finance and was Series 7 and 63 licensed. Brad is a member of the Utah State Bar, the Salt Lake County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Brad is happily married and the father of three beautiful children. He enjoys spending time with family and playing basketball, football, tennis, and golf.
